The Haarp Program by Kenneth Lafler

                                            Nikola Tesla's Doomsday Weapon.

The term Haarp stands for High Frequency Active Auroral  Research Program. It is located near Fairbanks, Alaska. It is near the town of Gakona.

 It is designed using the technology developed by Nikola Tesla, the electronics Genius

.

  There are several other programs of this nature in the world today. One is in Tromso, Norway. Two are located in the former Soviet Union and one in Aricibo, Puerto Rico . 

  These systems are what are called ''Ionospheric Heaters''. 

   By aiming a concentrated beam of energy towards the Ionosphere, the beam heats this layer until it changes angle. This could be used to send a beam of energy back toward this planet. In essence this weapon was Tesla's Death Ray - literally.

   Scientists also feel this system is able to change weather patterns. This could have devastating effects on the planet and it's ecosystem. This could also be used as an extremely destructive  devise.

   Tidal Waves, Earthquakes, Tornado's , Hurricanes could all be generated by this machine.

     Haarp is a series of antenna located on 35 acres and is capable of generating a beam of energy of three billion watts.  The System is a series of 360 antenna aimed directly at the Ionosphere the highest layer of the atmosphere.

Some  sources feel Haarp was responsible for the Indonesia Tidal Wave. There was no advanced seismic activity before the Tsunami and supposed 9.2 Earthquake, and no one experienced ground shaking due to the quake. The wave just suddenly came in. The behavior of the Tidal Wave was very unusual also . It did not act in the manner of a standard Tidal Wave which is usually a wall of water . The height of the wave is proportionate to the Magnitude of the quake , so tsunami's are capable of reaching tremendous sizes.

This Tsunami acted more like a flood , with the level rising as it came in. Also unusual auroral activity had been noted just before the wave. Could the system  gone out of control momentarily.

Also brain functions may be disrupted by the Haarp system.

       In 1937, the Japanese Military invaded Manchuria.
Some military strategists  feel that the invasion of China was the trigger point for the beginning of World War II,  caused by Japanese aggression two years before Germany's invasion of Poland.
 
   

 
      This was also the beginning  of one of  the most  dangerous and barbaric acts of science ever committed  in the history of mankind.  It was called Unit 731 or the 731 Corps.

   The Japanese government had been fascinated with biological
weapons due to the ease of manufacturing and dispersal of these agents. Biological weapons are also very inexpensive to produce. Any person who knows how to make beer is able to manufacture Anthrax, it is a simple fermenting process.

      In the late 1930's, a  doctor and a high ranking general was chosen to oversee all operations at Unit 731. His name was Shiro Ishi.

    Some people regarded him as monster, some  people called him a genius. Regardless he is considered the father of modern Biological Warfare and also helped pioneer the American Biological program as will be discussed.



 
      Ishi came from an extremely wealthy family, with vast land holdings.
Due to this Ishi grew up with an arrogant attitude toward what he considered lesser people, viewing them more as cattle. 





    This played an important part in the nightmare that was to come. No mercy or compassion would be shown in Ishi's experiments. Some procedures were done almost as they "went along'' with no consideration for the victim's suffering.

      Over 10,000 Scientist were assigned to this program. Most were considered the best in their fields. Hundreds of Scientists died as a result of their work by becoming infected by their own pathogens on this program.




           
      Ishi had chosen the city of Ping Fong as the location for his new laboratory. Everything was state of the art and Ishi made sure the facility lacked for nothing. There was even a house of prostitution at the compound.

   Ishi chose the suburb of Harbin as the site for their labs. The scientists had a strange sense of humor about the facility calling it a water treatment facility or a lumber mill. The unfortunate victims were called "Maruta".  Roughly translated  this term means "Logs".

       This was part of the dehumanization process at 731. In other words they viewed their test subjects
 as subhuman, this allowed the scientists basically to do what ever horrific experiments they chose for them.

    The experiments began almost immediately. Test subjects were either taken from the local jails in Manchuria or the secret police  just "Swept" the streets looking for bodies  for the next round of experiments.




      The victims were routinely injected with pathogens such as Small Pox, Anthrax, Plague, Botulism, and other deadly diseases. After becoming ill , the victims were taken into an operating room tied to a table and dissected usually without anesthetic in order to see the damage the illnesses
had done to the internal organs.

      The Japanese doctors were very interested in the difference between anesthetic and non anesthetic operations  to observe the if there was a difference in the immune system.

     After this the remains were simply disposed of, usually by cremation.
Tests were also done on near by villages by spraying the area with infected fleas. After infection set in live autopsies were performed in the fields next to the housing.  The only reason these sites were chosen was that they were within bombing range.




     Another test facility was the Anda Proving Grounds. Tests were conducted here on the blast effects of conventional weapons. The victims were placed at different distances from bombs that were then  detonated. After the tests, doctors would examine the results.

      After the Atomic Bombs were used on Japan and the war obviously over, the scientists entered into negotiations for their medical data and tests with the United States in exchange for immunity from legal proceedings. The General in charge of these negotiations was Douglas MacArthur. After two years of delays and hearings, the U. S. gave the Japanese Scientists full immunity from prosecution.

    Not one of staff at 731 were ever prosecuted for war crimes. Some actually rose to very high levels in the Japanese government such as Surgeon General and Deans of Universities and heads of Medical Departments. 

 The human experiments at Unit 731 made the Nazi tests look tame. Not to mention that unaware to most of the general public the Nazi Government never violated the Geneva Convention.


     Ishi was brought to the U. S. to work at Fort Detrick on the U. S. secret Bio-Chemical program in this country. Ishi continued his work on Pathogens in secret for years in the United States. The documents Ishi gave the U.S. government also gave U.S. scientists an opportunity to examine experiments that would never be allowed in this country.

 
     Ishi died in 1956. After all the atrocities he had committed he never received any punishment  for his crimes - Due to the deal he made with MacArthur and  the United States  for his medical data and human experiments.

The Johnstown Dam Failure, The collapse of a neglected dam at a Hunting Lodge for the Super Rich Kills almost 3000 working class citizens.. By Kenneth Lafler

Johnstown, Pennsylvannia.

On Memorial Day weekend, 1889, the single most destructive dam failure in United States History occurred.

Johnstown has actually been destroyed by three major floods.

 Once in 1977 when the dam on the Laurel Run Creek failed, once in 1931 when a flash flood hit the town  and the catastrophic collapse of the Conenmaugh  Dam on the river of the same name.

The Dam was part of the Johnstown Hunting and Fishing Lodge .  Originally  purchased by  Benjamin Roth for 2000 dollars, the dam was part of the purchase and had been poorly maintained for years.

The club was owned by some of the most wealthy families in the world. This included, Andrew Carnegie, John Mellon, Henry Frick, the Vanderbuilt's and other important members of high society. These were families who attained their position in life, not by hard work but mostly by illegal methods.







 The dam initially was well built, but 50 years of neglect left the structure on the brink of collapse.
Weeds, trees, garbage and dirt had been used to shore up the dam.

Also  the work that was done on the dam had actually weaken the structure. Most of the repairs had been done as cheaply as possible and as dangerously as possible.







 The release pipes had been removed so the water level could not be lowered. This is a disaster waiting to happen. If the water level cannot be lowered the structure is doomed to fail. It's not a question of when but a question of  how bad.
 
The dam itself had also been lowered by three feet. This completely compromised the structure.  A finished dam should never be tampered with or added on to, or lowered.






In addition, the spillway had been blocked to keep the valuable game fish in . Once again this was a horrible catastrophe just waiting to happen.
The energy of the water held behind a large dam is equivalent to the energy release of a Hydrogen Bomb.






Any dam constructed without a spillway  is doomed to failure, it's  just a matter of time. And as dam's go this was a very small dam, being only about one hundred feet in height. In comparison the Viont Dam in Italy which failed in the 1960's was almost one thousand feet in height and produced a wall of water 300 feet in height compared to the 40 foot wave at Johnstown.




The problem at Johnstown was the fact that so many families were crowded into the small valley, which was basically a large flood plain, and was prone to flooding.

All morning the dam had been filling with water from the creeks along the reservoir at a rate of about an inch every 10 minutes.







By three in the afternoon water had begun spilling over the top of the dam literally cutting through the structure.  

  People present at the time of the failure said the dam simply floated away.






At this point a huge wall of water was sent down the canyon headed for Johnstown.

The wave was temporarily stopped by an aqueduct. But this also gave way releasing a wave about 80 feet high filled with debris.




By the time the wave hit Johnstown it had dissipated  to about 40 feet but now contained full Rail Road Engine's and box car's , houses and oil.




The main employer in Johnstown was the Cambria Iron Works. This company manufactured barbed  wire. The wave slammed into the factory and tons of razor sharp wire was added to the wave.





At the end of town stood a stone bridge. The flood stopped here temporarily and the wreckage soon piled up. To make matters worse the wreckage and oil caught fire and 80 people were burned alive. 

When dawn finally came the sight was beyond belief. In just ten minutes Johnstown had been completely destroyed.






The flood wave from the dam, which had been poorly maintained by the Hunting Lodge for the very wealthy had killed almost 3000 working class people. 

Although the Lodge belonged to some of the most wealthy people in the world, not one dime was ever offered for restitution from the failure.



If this had happened today several person's involved would most likely have gone to prison.






Today the remains of the dam are covered with trees and grass, a reminder that a dam's location to populated area's may have devastating results  in the event of failure.
