Haarp


The  High  Frequency Active  Aroral  Research  Project





The  Haarp Program  was  begun in  .  Built  by  the  University  of  Fairbanks  in  congunction  with the  United  States  Air  Force  and  Navy 









The Haunted Mill  and  Original  School  building  




  The  milling   building  was  constructed in the  1920's.  It was used  for  grain   and  sand  storage  from  the  Murrrieta  Sand  mine  ,Which is  where  the Colony is  located   today .



It  was built  next  to  Murrieta  Creek  and  the  Railroad  tracks .The  rail line was  paved over  and  the  street running along  side  the  mill is  where  they  were .









At  one  time   a  man  tried to  scale  down the   side  from the top  on  PCP  and  fell 100   feet  and  was  airlifted  by  helicopter .
 
 There  are  stories of  paranormal  activity which includes  sightings  of  a  girl in a  blue  dress  in the  second  window  on  top
